Materials used in messenger bags are often more durable and water-resistant than traditional handbags. 4.Baguette handbag: A handbag that is really long from one side to the other and small from top to bottom – basically a little like a baguette with a handle.
5.Clutch Bag: Small but long bag, evening handbag without a handle. You have to clutch it – thus the name. As regards its use, this handbag is especially prescribed as a nice companion for an outing in a romantic evening. Some times it comes in a rectangular shape and is fitted with a handle.
6.Sling Bag: This is a comparatively small bag. In terms of usage, the bag has got similarities with that of the messenger bags. Though it has got a smaller body, it is fitted with a long strap.
7.Bowling handbag: Originally made to hold a bowling ball, now it has become a fashion item.
